University Park has everything a student could ask for! It’s only a 5-minute walk from main campus, and they have direct access to the greenway (largest trail in Greenville). They are also extremely pet friendly with a resident-only dog park! Don’t even get me started with the staff. They are the most helpful and friendly people I’ve ever met. Any time I’ve had a question or problem, they’ve assisted me professionally and swiftly. And the maintenance staff is outstanding! They fix everything within 24 hours the latest. I would recommend this place to every student at ECU!
