We are in an excellent location that's close to all of Greenville's hubs,... including East Carolina University and Vidant Medical Center. Our apartments also offer easy access to many retail stores and restaurants. Our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are ideal for students, families, and others that are on a budget. That's because we offer free water and sewer in addition to renting our beautiful units at affordable prices. Our grounds are quiet and well kept which makes for an comfortable community. If you want to be near all Greenville has to offer but you don't necessarily want to be in the heart of all the ruckus, then Harbor Pointe is perfect for you.
I have lived out here 4 months and have seen police numerous times mostly every weekend. I also have seen SWAT out here twice and my road was blocked off by armored cars just this week. Restaurants will not deliver out here past 10pm due to being scared. Also the laundry facility is always broken and filthy. I would not recommend moving to this property if you are concerned for your safety. If you remember it when it was River Bluff just picture that now.

Nice place to live.. I wish we had a nice pool.. it's enough room behind the laundry building to have a community pool... in the description it said cable was included....well that was a lie... I wish we did have free cable... other than that it's a great neighborhood now unlike several years ago....
