he Bower is the most unprofessional, disgusting place I have ever lived. The only reason they have good reviews is because they give kids free stuff to post a five star reviews and make their staff do it as well.
When we moved in our apartment smelled like it had a dead animal in the air vents which we were told would ‘take some time to fix’. Parts of the fridge and stove never worked, walls and floors were nasty and beat up, and nothing was ever fixed when we requested.
Our neighbors had... very loud domestic abuse issues causing us to call the cops over and over… and they left piles of rotten trash on their porch making our porch useless. ALL OF WHICH the bower states they could do no thing about… even though they had no issues threatening entire buildings by email that they would walk our apartments and add charges to our rent for other minute issues.
After all of this… we move out and they conveniently ‘lose’ our move in papers documenting the damages that were there when we arrived and decide to charge us for things that we didn’t even do.
DO NOT LIVE HERE

Anything negative I think of living here is not the staff or apartment fault but it did make me want to sign somewhere else. The community is disrespectful, nobody picks up their dog poop and I wake up every night Wednesday-Sunday to loud screaming, music, and upstairs neighbors. There is no parking at night so rush home fast to get a decent spot. However, the apartment itself had maintenance issues and most were fixed. Office staff are the nicest do tons of reward opportunities. Apartment... living spaces are so spacious and awesome for the price compared to expensive apartments near campus

Excellent community for students and young people. I’m a student who needed an affordable place to live. I have a unit with lots of space for the money. The leasing office knows everyone by name and is always friendly toward me and the other residents. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, they have been quick to get someone out to the apartment. Any issue I had, they were quick to handle professionally. The office holds little events such as wine and raffles for the community throughout the... year. It’s a quiet environment so not disruptive like other student apartments. I love the location! The Bower is within walking distance from the university, from restaurants, the mall, and grocery stores. The inexpensive rent is all inclusive and includes fun extras, such as the pool, basketball courts, and computer lab. I am very happy with my experience here and my unit. For the inexpensive rent, I have a clean, spacious unit, a safe community, and overall great living experience.

Which I could give this complex 0 stars. Model shown when reviewing the property is NOTHING like the units themselves. Had issues immediately when moved in. Damage to furniture, serious bug issues, general filth throughout the apartment, damaged walls and floors, appliances not locked in place, missing toilet pieces. Only lived there for a semester but had to pay for a full year. No way to get out of lease. so paid for a whole year and then got a final invoice of bogus charges after moving out.... Claiming damage to walls and trash that was not present when we left. And tried to charge us for the damaged couch that we had pictures of from move in that was damaged. Lied about splitting costs of these bogus items among roommates but we confirmed talked to other suite mates that they only charged us. I emailed and called the new manager and got no response. Management is unresponsive to all problems. quick to take messages but never hear back. Maintenance staff is rude and walk in unannounced. Do not rent here! Beware, they have other complexes in town managed by the same company so be sure you don't end up in one of their other complexes. Worst experience ever.
