There is mold everywhere. Don’t plan on maintenance ever showing up. Make sure to check your account because they charge you for things that aren’t accurate (I have had to go to the office twice to ask what charges were for and no one knew). Also no gym, no pool, no wifi. This is a “you won’t get what you pay for” establishment.

This place is horrible… our son was there for one semester and come home sick . Took him 2 months to recover . We still need to pay the additional semester due to no one to take over his lease. Management company changed 2
Times within 5 months. Pool not working from April-oct 2021. No refunds on the rent . Gates not locked until nov 2021. Horrible property. Roommate problems no help by
Management.

The Landing would be an amazing apartment complex IF they lived up to their promises. The grounds are DISGUSTING, building 2 has had glass on the ground for WEEKS which is so incredibly dangerous, but they don't do anything about it. It would also be nice if the apartment complex was truly gated like it is promised but the drive-through gates are CONSTANTLY broken and the walk-through gate has never even been locked so it serves absolutely no purpose and I am paying for something that isn't even... utilized.

This place has a big MOLD problem and it’s not just in one building. I’ve talked to so many current residents who say they are sick constantly and didn’t realize what they are being exposed to. They say they do mold testing but refuse to give you the test results. Imagine that! STAY AWAY!

The management at this place sucks! When you call, and ask a question, you get a different answer from different people and they don't stand by what they say.
Also, my daughter, who lived there, had a situation with her roommate and they didn't help at all. We decided to move her to another apartment and were charged $300. It was our only choice. The management suggested we call the police and escalate the problem even more. They just don't care!!!!
