Proximity at 10th

Hello! I am Elizabeth Giedosh, a senior graduating in December 2024. Due to my graduation and moving to a different state afterward, I am looking to sublease my apartment for the Spring Semester of 2025. I have three amazing roommates who are... graduating in May 2025. We have been roommates since our Sophomore year and have lived at the Prox since then, staying in the same unit every year, so as you can tell, we love it here. Proximity at 10th is located right across from campus and is about a five to ten-minute walk downtown. We feel safe living at the Prox as our apartment has one way in and one way out, and we are very good about locking our door. When it comes to my bedroom, it comes with a private bathroom. You won't have to worry about sharing it with anybody else. My room also has a walk-in closet. Like the communal areas, the bedroom comes furnished. It comes with a full-size bed frame, mattress, four-drawer dresser, desk and chair, and a nightstand. The kitchen and living area come with a couch, TV stand, coffee table, side chair, and two bar stools. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment as well. Since we have been living here for over two years, my roommates and I have just about everything fully furnished, so all you would have to worry about is decorating the bedroom. What I love about living in an apartment is that it is a one-time monthly fee that includes all the utilities, so you don't have to worry about how much water, electricity, heat, air conditioning, etc you use. It is also a great price due to its convenience to campus and downtown and also includes a parking pass. My roommates and I enjoy watching movies together and staying in, although there are nights that we do go out. I can promise you that we have not had any problems living together which may be hard to believe. We are very good about communication and just chill about what everyone is doing. They are super friendly and love to meet new people. Please reach out and I would love to have you see the place and meet my roommates.
