I’ve been here since the summer of 2020. I’d just like to say how much I love my adorable, cozy apartment. I’m handicapped, and they have made all the necessary renovations for me, like moving my shelves down in my closet, moving my mailbox down, putting handles in drawers , etc. the management and staff are sooooo nice and helpful, especially maintenance. I love the space and storage I have in my place. I love the huge walk-in closet. I certainly love the pool and fitness center. They even have a dog park! Come check it out! You’ll be glad you did!

Great place to live
I live here right now and the maintenance comes really fast when you need something fixed and it’s very clean and neat and management is very nice.

Don’t do it
Hi I’m a current resident at this complex they do not up keep the trash witch attracts more roaches then they have they are outside just roaming about at night and they are big these annoying pest can also make it into your house I am a very clean person I always mop and clean but it does not matter I still see some of these big roaches when I wake up but I also live directly in front of the trashcan still it is very nasty and disturbing

I loved living at bp up until the last month. They are managed by a new company now and its become very cookie cutter corporate in a short amount of time. Will be leaving when my lease ends; possibly sooner. Previous management was so down to earth and understanding.

don’t waste your time, very unprofessional.
I reached out to them multiple times via email about leasing with them and no one has ever responded back to me and i have called them a few different times on a few different days DURING their hours of operation and each time someone just picks up and hangs up the phone or they just let it ring. I wouldn’t even waste my time with them.
